Custom Woodworking
Custom Woodworking Orange County
Shop-built cabinetry, vanities, built-ins, and specialty woodwork designed for exact dimensions, daily use, and the character of your home.

Built for one room, not pulled from a catalog
Custom work starts where stock dimensions stop. We use the room, the storage brief, the hardware, and the material itself to determine proportions and construction.
Pieces are measured, detailed, fabricated, finished, and installed as one process. That control makes it possible to resolve difficult corners, unusual dimensions, matching requirements, and furniture-level details.
Design Approved
Dimensions, layout, material, finish, and hardware are confirmed before fabrication.
Shop Controlled
Components are cut, joined, sanded, and dry-fit in a controlled workspace.
Installed as Built
The same project logic carries through delivery, fitting, adjustment, and punch.
Species & finishes
Choose the wood before the drawing
Select a species to see how grain, tone, finish behavior, and cost change the character of the same piece. Samples are approved before fabrication begins.

White Oak
White Oak
Warm, forgiving, and endlessly versatile
The county favorite. Quiet cathedral grain takes clear finish or light stains evenly, ages to a warm honey tone, and pairs with nearly every counter and floor.

Cabinetry
Kitchen, utility, bar, and room-specific cabinet packages.
Bathroom vanities
Floating, furniture-style, single, and double vanity configurations.

Made in the shop, finished in your home
Fabrication stays off-site where dust, humidity, and light are controlled. Your home only sees delivery, fitting, and final adjustment — not weeks of construction.

Mill & join
Rough lumber becomes dimensioned parts. Grain is matched across fronts before any joinery is cut.

Finish & cure
Sanding, staining, and topcoats happen in a controlled space — no site dust in the finish, no fumes in your home.

Deliver & fit
Finished pieces arrive protected, are scribed to real walls, leveled, fastened, and adjusted in a single coordinated install.
The joint you check with a drawer pull
Open one drawer and you can judge the whole package. Dovetailed, hand-fitted boxes are the difference between cabinetry that ages and cabinetry that sags.

- A
Interlocking joinery
Dovetails lock drawer corners mechanically — no reliance on staples or glue alone to survive daily use.
- B
Hand-fitted fit
Pins and tails are cut and test-fit so each drawer slides true and stays square for decades.
- C
Solid-wood drawer boxes
Hardwood sides, captured bottoms, and finished edges — the inside of the drawer meets the same standard as the face.
